If any Autonemo GPS customer has 1 Month overdue Invoice or Expired devices, Autonemo GPS will temporary suspend the device from the platform and the associated sim card until next payment.
- Customers can also suspend his specific device for specific time by providing prior notice to Autonemo GPS through our Hotline: +8809606882288.
- Suspension refers to stop service temporary for specific vehicle/device for specific time.
- One-time Charge is Applicable for Re-Activating the service including reconnection to tracking platform and reactivation of sim card.
